Georg Brakmann

Georg Brakmann has worked since 1987 on the development, planning, construction, operation, financing and political lobbying for the Solar Technology.

From 1999 through 2012 he was Co-Founder and Managing Director of Fichtner Solar GmbH and developed his company to become the world leading solar engineering company.  At the start of the solar boom in 2007 Georg Brakmann was personally involved in 70% of all project developments for large solar power plants worldwide.  In 2011, he received the prestigious Frost & Sullivan "Green Excellence in Technology Innovation Award".

He was Co-Founder and President of ESTIA (European Solar Thermal Industry Association) and from 1997 to 2005 he was responsible for the political lobbying for the introduction of solar power plants worldwide.  His efforts contributed to the decision of World Bank and KfW to launch the USD 200 million GEF grant for the Integrated Solar Combined Cycle (ISCC) technology.   

He founded SolEngCo GmbH in 2013 after he had sold his shares in Fichtner Solar GmbH. 


Miroslav Dolejsi

Miroslav Dolejsi has over 25 years professional experience as Project Director and Project Manager with solar energy and waste to energy related projects.

He applies his technical expertise as consultant to master plans, feasibility studies, basic design, tendering, EPC contract negotiations, supervision of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.

He supervised the development and execution of projects including solar CSP and PV power plants up to 340 MWe, Waste-to-Energy plants up to 310 kilotons waste per year and combined cycle power plants up to 850 MWe.
